The Natchez Trace Pinewood Derby (NTPD) website is not endorsed by Boy Scouts of America (B.S.A.). B.S.A. does not officially approve units or related persons to operate an Internet web site. Each individual unit or chairperson must make that determination. This web site attempts to reflect the views and/or opinions of B.S.A., Natchez Trace District of the Middle Tennessee Council (The District) as well as any official, employees, or individual members that are included on the home pages or web pages, though not necessarily. This web site is intended for the use of cub scouts and parents/guardians or registered scouts in The District.

The NTPD Webmaster is the sole owner of the material that is published on this web site. When NTPD is not the sole owner, a source of the information is listed. The NTPD web site is intended for the sole use of members of The District for guidance and educational purposes. Information is not for sell, shared, or rented to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. NTPD collects information from our users at different points of the website. The Construction Rules and the Pinewood Derby Construction Rules Download Format are not to be copied and published for any other District or Derby Event without the consent of the NTPD Webmaster.

Registration:

In order to use the NTPD website, a user must be a parent or guardian of a cub scout or boy scout that is a registered member in The District. Persons that are members of The District should not use this information for any other purpose than communicating and managing skills related to the Chartered Unit or NTPD.

Identification of Individuals And Organizations:

If any individuals or organizations object to or are offended by the use of their names or identities used in any of these materials, they must immediately notify the Webmaster. However, the home page or the host server is not responsible for any liability and damages, in any form, whether foreseeable or not, including consequential damages, for revealing the identities of any individual or organizations, in any manner.  NTPD will not use last names to identify any individual under the age of eighteen without a signed written permission from from a legal guardian.

Information from this server resides on a computer system that security can not be completely guaranteed. Anyone using this system consents to monitoring of their use, by the server owners.
