To register your Pack, complete the information below and mail soon after
you Pack Unit's race.
The fee is $25 per Pack which allows up to six boys to participate (usually
the top six racers) Two alternates (substitutes) should be listed to replace any of the top 6 original participants
that may not be able to attend due to a last minute conflict. Only 6 scout per Pack Unit are allowed. Remember, a
scout cannot race another boy's car. All Scouts are asked to wear a uniform, know their Pack Unit Number
and the Scout Promise at check-in.
Rules: It is important to observe the Official
Pinewood Derby Rules. Changes that affect the derby car wheels were implemented in 2007. Derby cars that
do not pass inspection could be disqualified. Please distribute a copy of the Official Pinewood Derby Construction Rules to
every scout parent. If you do not have a copy of these rules, please download a copy from the Natchez Trace Derby web site
at www.bsatroop135.com/natcheztracederby/ or contact the Natchez Trace District Executive, Nicholas Howard, at
the Scout District Office (383-9724) or email the District Pinewood Derby Chairman
